With 2025 marking 250 years since the birth of the much-loved British author, Jane Austen, and with Covent Garden so firmly embedded in both her life and writing, this year’s seasonal celebrations at One Aldwych have been inspired by Austen and her creations. A beautifully-crafted tree will be the centrepiece of the Lobby, with its branches decked in extravagant Regency ribbons and intricate, hand-made paper garlands, all in tribute to the joy of storytelling at Christmastime.

On Christmas Day, leave the preparations to us and indulge in Champagne and canapés in The Library before a fabulous feast in Indigo, allowing you to relax and enjoy the company of loved ones. Time is yours to relax on Boxing Day with a leisurely breakfast and no hurry to leave.
